Currency and export tax
AUD remains the base currency; no NZD prices are activated. Australian GST is not automatically applied to NZ exports. Country-specific pricing, export treatment and New Zealand import obligations require confirmation before an order can be accepted for payment.
International Express quotations
Australia Post International Express is the preferred service for NZ enquiries. Provide the destination postcode, selected gauges and quantities so freight can be reviewed against actual packed dimensions and weight. Domestic Australian shipping tiers do not apply. Customs descriptions, origin and declared value require review; no delivery estimates or free international shipping are promised.
Register your professional business
Select New Zealand when creating your account, include your NZBN where applicable and a +64 contact number. Professional Volume Pricing is manually approved for the relevant country. A later country change requires eligibility review again.

Contact orders@urbansteel.com.au with your studio details, gauges, box quantities and destination. New Zealand online payment remains blocked until tax, freight, import review and payment testing are approved. Read international shipping requirements and check supplier documentation status.
